Ron Slusky’s highly successful Invention Analysis and Claiming Seminar is now available onsite at your location.

Onsite Training includes:

• Up to 2 days/13 hours of expert instruction based on the guiding principles found in Ron Slusky’s book Invention Analysis and Claiming: A Patent Lawyer’s Guide (American Bar Association, 2007).
• At least 13 CLE credits for each attendee

   1 full day of instruction —   $5000*
   2 full days of instruction — $7500*

   Plus $10 per person for materials*

*Reimburseable travel expenses for Mr. Slusky are additional; variable by program date and location.

Attendance/Substitution: Have as many attorneys attend as you wish. Assign attendees to attend all or part of the program as schedules permit.

Continuing Legal Education:  For onsite seminars, the sponsoring organization is responsible for obtaining CLE credit for its attorneys.

The two-day seminar routinely receives between 13 and 15.5 CLE credit hours depending on the jurisdiction.

Total CLE credits available depend on your selected program length.

One-On-One Training 

For the ultimate in specialized training, geared exactly to your needs, you can arrange for a one- or two-day private seminar with Ron in his New York City office.

Just Ron and you addressing those topics that most concern to you in a customized program that you and Ron will arrange for ahead of time.

Customize the program to include:

• Any one or more of the 15 of the seminar modules
• Hands-on exercises based on the seminar material
• Claim drafting instruction
• Review/correction of claims currently pending or that you are presently working on (subject to privilege clearance)
