Tuition: Regular tuition is $975.00.
Tuition includes all program materials, a copy of Invention Analysis and Claiming: A Patent Lawyer’s Guide, continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshment breaks.
Early Registration Discounts: For registrations received three weeks prior to the seminar date, a $100 early bird discount applies.
Deadline: Registration closes three business days prior to the seminar date at each venue.
Cancellation/Substitution: Due to financial obligations incurred by Slusky Seminars, no refunds will be issued within three weeks of the seminar.
Cancellation requests must be in writing via letter, fax, or email. You may send a substitute if you are unable to attend. Please notify Slusky Seminars prior to the seminar if you plan on sending a substitute.

Continuing Legal Education Information:
California: This course is approved for 13.0 hours of MCLE credit in California, none of which is applicable for subfield credit.
Colorado: The Colorado Board of Continuing Legal and Judicial Education has approved this course for a maximum of 16 units of credit.
New Jersey: This seminar is approved for 15.5 hours of CLE in New York, and New Jersey lawyers receive 1:1 credit for courses approved as satisfying the continuing legal education requirements of any other jurisdiction, per BCLE Reg.201:4.
New York: The New York State Continuing Legal Education Board has approved this course for a maximum of 15.5 credit hours, of which 15.5 hours can be applied toward the Skills requirement. The content of this course is appropriate for both experienced (“nontransitional”) and newly admitted (“transitional”) attorneys.
Other States: Upon the registration of a participant who requires CLE credit in any other state, Slusky Seminars will apply for certification for this session. Previous presentations of this course were approved for CLE credits in IL, KS, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, TX, VA, VT, and Washington State.
